ABOUT ME: Six and a half years ago I began my health journey. I am addicted to CrossFit and learning everything I can about the human body and how to fuel it in the most clean and efficient way. My husband and I own CrossFit Truckee where you can find me challenging myself in daily workouts at least five times per week. I found a love of nutrition after realizing you can't out train a bad diet. In my spare time you will find me researching, reading or blogging about all things nutrition and clean living. I also love spending time with my warrior husband Alex, my daughter and son. On the weekends you will find us on the hill snowboarding or at the lake relaxing on our boat.
I work with individuals to better their nutrition intake, how to find an exercise program that will become a routine and I work with families to eliminate toxins from households for overall health and wellness.
I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation. We will set goals and I will hold you accountable for achieving those goals.
I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
